Payment
We use the PayPal Shopping Cart - If you don't have a PayPal
account don't worry, you can pay with most debit or credit
cards, just follow the link on the payment screen. Payments
are fully secure.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery is limited
to mainland UK and orders of 15kg and above (see below for
limitations of this offer, due to high cost of transport)
All orders under 15kg in total are subject
to a delivery charge. These are calculated and displayed during
the ordering process, and are currently £4.99 per order
(not per bag) to mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands).
We reserve the right to alter these displayed charges after
order completion in the event of an incorrect country or area
selection.
Highlands & Islands of Scotland, There
may be an additional charge depending on the actual delivery
area - you will be informed prior to dispatch and are free
to cancel order if this is deemed too high a cost.
Isle of Man, Scilly Isles:
We are unable to offer delivery to this destination
Channel Islands: We are unable to offer delivery
to this destination
Northern Ireland / Eire:
We are unable to offer delivery to these destinations
Delivery Is normally within three
to five working days of the order being confirmed, subject
to stock availability. It would be nice to offer
overnight delivery, but have you tried sending a 15kg parcel
overnight for less than a fiver?!
Actual delivery times will depend on
carrier used, and delivery address. Typically: Mainland UK
deliveries take 3-5 working days. Highlands & Islands
of Scotland, may take one or two days longer: Delivery proccessing
is only carried out between Monday to Friday.
Delivery Address
To enable us to complete our contract with you, and successfully
deliver the goods to the address you supplied on the order
(or any subsequent change to the delivery address which we
have agreed) you must supply us with a full, complete, and
correct delivery address.
Because carriers generally require a signature
on delivery, and most deliveries are carried out during working
hours, Monday through Friday, you should ensure that someone
is available to sign for the goods. We are happy to send your
goods to any address that you choose, or to neighbours, relatives,
or place of work, as long as there is someone there to sign
for the goods.
In the absence of a signature, most carriers
will leave a card for you to contact them and rearrange delivery.
